As a Social Worker on the Homeless Young Person’s Team you will be
8. Support young people aged 16 and 17 years old who are at risk of homeless are homeless
9. Complete S.17 assessments in line with the Southwark Judgement and the Homeless Reduction Act
What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
10. Social Work England registration
11. Eligible to work in the UK
12. Hold a full UK license
13. Post-qualified experience
14. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
