Job Summary The Service Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of client's service department. This position involves providing administrative support and managing service portals. Experience of managing service / maintenance portals is essential. Duties Manage incoming calls & emails and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Log all issues onto the in-house portal, Big Change. Manage and maintain all customer portals. Working on key customer accounts Liaise with customers, engineers and contractors to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks. Support Co-ordiantor as and when required All other general admin duties Skills Experience of working in a similar role Proficient in using computerised systems and customer service / maintenance portals Experience of working on customer portals would be an advantage (Big Change, FixFlo, Tradeshift, Dwellant, Pronett, Elogs, Principle, Cleverly, Track Plan, Emplus). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent phone manner and communication skills for effective client interaction. Previous administrative experience is essential.
