Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a business in Leeds who are recruiting an Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger to join their team. This is a part-time position in an office-based role. You will be responsible for the posting of sales and purchase invoices, bank statements, credit card statements and purchase ledger. Location: Leeds Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 pro rata Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: Process the whole Purchase Ledger Control the PO system Post the banking Upload and reconcile weekly sales invoices Monthly reconciliation of debtors and creditors Process at least one weekly payment run Process one monthly payment run Assist with month end tasks Support the year end where necessary Upload monthly invoices You will need to demonstrate: Sage experience (desirable) Minimum Level 3 AAT or studying AAT (desirable) Excellent organisation and attention to detail Ability to prioritise work Benefits: 21 days holiday bank holiday Flexible working hours Pension scheme Christmas party Quarterly staff celebrations
