About The Company:
My unique client based just outside Wrotham is going through a period of sustained growth and expansion which is set to continue.
The Role:
My client is currently looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join the team. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will have full responsibility for the sales ledger process whilst maintaining the systems and procedures in place. You will support the Finance Manager in the day to day running of the accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generating all invoices and credit notes and sending to customers
2. Chasing all outstanding invoices
3. Sending monthly statements and dealing with any queries in relation to the sales ledger
4. Uploading invoices and inputting all invoices onto Sage
Desirable Skills:
1. AAT Level 3 or above with at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role
2. Advanced excel skills and previous experience of Sage
3. Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
