Business is booming to the point where they’ve had to move into new offices. Now, they’re on the lookout for a Sales Negotiator to join their Property Buying team.
If you’re around the Leeds area and have an Estate Agency/Lettings background, this is a top opportunity. You’ll be stepping into a close-knit team of property professionals who are focused on providing a first-class experience to every client.
The Sales Negotiator role
As Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the company. This role involves nurturing warm leads and guiding homeowners through property sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building Relationships: Be the trusted point of contact, ensuring clients feel valued.
* Managing Deals: From enquiry to closing, you’ll keep things on track.
* Educating Clients: Break down the process clearly, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
* Problem Solving: Overcome obstacles and keep sales moving.
* Driving Results: Hit targets, boost earnings, and celebrate every win.
The package
* £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary per annum (dependent on experience)
* OTE up to £65,000 in your first year, with top performers earning up to £110,000 annually!
* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 – 17:30, Friday: 9:00 – 17:00 + every third Saturday: 9:00 – 13:00
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

* Sales Savvy: You know how to close a deal and leave the client satisfied.
* Top Communicator: You can build rapport quickly, whether over the phone or face-to-face.
* Cool Under Pressure: You’re quick on your feet and ready to handle the fast-paced property world.
* Motivated and Driven: Targets motivate you, and you’re keen to climb the ladder and earn bonuses.
