Grenergy UK is the Brithis subsidiary of Grenergy Renovables SA, the listed Spanish company in the field of renewable energies that specializes in the global development, construction and operation of open-space photovoltaic systems and battery storage systems.

Your tasks
* Identify suitable land for renewable energy projects, working within regulatory and environmental guidelines.
* Assist with land negotiations, record of conditions and other land matters to ensure projects progress through pre-construction milestones.
* Manage relationships with landowners, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
* Conduct site assessments, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local, regional, and national land regulations and market conditions.
Your profile
* Proven Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in land acquisition and management or relevant work experience, ideally within the agricultural or rural sector.
* Extensive Networks: An existing network within the UK land sector of landowners and/or professionals. Alternatively, enthusiasm to be actively networking to create and/or expand your network.
* Land Market Knowledge: A general understanding of the land market in the UK and Scotland as well as an understanding of land agreements, legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
* Professional Background: A degree in land or estate management (or similar).

* Great attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Ability to work well as part of a team as well as on own initiative
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Flexibility:
* Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
* Full clean UK or EU driving licence
