We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and develop new client relationships.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client’s market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the IT services space.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
3. Market build, network & implement a sales pipeline.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
5. Present and promote MSP solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
6. Work closely with internal technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
7. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within the IT Managed Services or technology sector.
2. Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT support services.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and drive sales performance.
5. Experience managing a pipeline and working towards revenue targets.
6. Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.
