IFP Planning & Logistic COE Leader (International Family Care & Professional)

The IFP Planning & Logistic COE Leader is responsible for providing support ensuring consistent development of S&OP Gold Standard across ABU’s and consolidation of S&OP Gold Standard process at IFP Segment level; responsible for providing logistic support to cover the Delivery Cycle Support and also project management / SME expertise / analysis to optimise F2G delivery .
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Planning COE
1. Provides support for a consistent development of S&OP Gold Standard across accountable business units (ABU’s), while ABU’s (eg UK&I and EMEA) are accountable to run the S&OP Gold Standard
2. Aim to consolidate S&OP Gold Standard process at IFP Segment level
3. Cover new systems (e.g. Kinaxis) and preparation for S&OP cycle through SME’s expertise on all Planning topics and reporting (e.g. FTS & SLOB reporting)
4. Key conduit / connection to the Global ESC Team (Enterprise Supply Chain)
Logistic COE
5. Cover the Delivery Cycle Support for Inventory Management, Transport Management, Warehouse Management and general SAP support, including S4/Hana (new SAP already installed in Israel) – mainly focused on EMEA
6. Provides Project Management, SME’s expertise in Logistics “insights and analysis” to optimise F2G delivery – mainly focused on EMEA / IFP Segment
7. Key conduit / connection to the global ESC Team

8. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field
9. Extensive experience in Planning / Logistics within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, with a proven track record of driving process improvements
10. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
11. Experience in end-to-end innovation cycles
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
13. Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills
14. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
15. Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and ABUs globally
