Inventory Shift Manager Location: Surrey Working Hours: Monday to Friday Rotating 4-week schedule: 06:00 - 14:00 (first 4 weeks) 14:00 - 22:00 (second 4 weeks) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Role Overview: KPI Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Shift Manager for our client in Surrey. The successful candidate will manage stock control operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all stock control operational processes, supported by reports from the Inventory Analyst. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is correctly located. Utilize warehouse demand calculations to manage inventory levels. Ensure adequate stock availability at all times. Follow the Bonded Goods in Transit process from PW to GGH and GGH to PW. Receive all goods on delivery day. Manage minimum and maximum stock levels based on pick bin profiling. Profile SKUs according to the min-max strategy. Locate and manage new product lines. Review and optimize end-to-end inventory processes. Train and refresh team members on relevant processes. Investigate and resolve stock issues. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience as an Inventory Shift Manager. Strong team leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
