RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
– Identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
– Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
– Prepare proposals, presentations, and business case analyses for potential clients.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
– Experience in engineering, technology, or related sectors.
– Strong networking and relationship–building skills.
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
– Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
DESIRABLE SKILLS (NOT ESSENTIAL)
– Knowledge of drivetrain or system design industries.
– Experience working in a consultancy environment.
– Multilingual capabilities to engage with a global client base.
– Advanced technical understanding of engineering processes.
– Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
