A well established organisation is seeking a Technical Administrator to join its team based in Bangor, offering you a great opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within the public sector. As a Technical Administrator you will be: To Assist with the smooth & efficient management of daily operations Providing an efficient administrative, clerical and support service Utilising communication channels from multiple sources to capture relevant information Responding to public enquiries and complaints through telephone, email and social media channels Providing a communication link to the various departments Liaising with internal and external personnel of all levels To assist the Networks Operations team in management of incidents/events which impact the network when required To be considered for the Technical Administrator role you must: Display personal initiative and the ability to deal with people on every level in a courteous, sensitive and professional manner Ability to prioritise work and respond positively to tight working deadlines. To be able to use own initiative and suggest improvement to administrative processes. 5 GCSE’s (Grade C or above) including, English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualifications) Experience of dealing sensitively and diplomatically with queries and complaints by members of the public, contractors and elected members Experience of technical administration in a busy office environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Welsh language skills (desirable) Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Systems This is a temporary, full time role for approximately 6 months working 37 hours a week based in our offices in Bangor with an hourly rate of £13.73 per hour plus holiday pay.
