We will be right at the forefront of ensuring there is resource available to deliver the services that are needed.’ The Position Job Title: Apprentice Office Administrator Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Duration: 18 Months Location: Hertfordshire Working Hours: 9am – 5pm Salary: £18,500 to £20,000 per annum Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Desk-Based Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in project management, data reporting, and office administration. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of multiple projects, working closely with both office and field teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Support • Assist with the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved. • Track progress and maintain project schedules using internal systems and tools. • Provide support to field teams by scheduling activities and ensuring they have the required resources. Data and Evidence-Based Reporting • Collect, analyse, and report on project data to provide clear insights into progress and performance. • Maintain accurate records and prepare evidence-based reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure all reports comply with company and client standards. Office Administration • Manage incoming and outgoing communications related to projects. • Organise and maintain project documentation and files. • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and creating presentations. Coordination Activities • Liaise with field teams to ensure smooth communication and accurate tracking of activities. • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to manage schedules and deliveries. Respond promptly to queries from colleagues and stakeholders.
