Buchan and London Recruitment are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our client, a reputable maintenance service provider based in Basildon, Essex, on a permanent level. This is an office-based role.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm, offering a salary of GBP27-GBP28k.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing support to the Purchase and Sales Ledger Manager
2. Processing supplier's invoices and time sheets
3. Raising invoices to clients on the internal system (TABS)
4. Liaising with clients where necessary
5. Dealing with any invoice queries
6. Working with client invoice portals
7. Processing consolidated invoicing
8. Updating Sage
9. General accounts duties
Requirements:
1. Previous accounts experience
2. Must have experience using Sage or other accounts software
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong attention to detail
