We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join the Central England team. You will be responsible for the sales and commercial activity of our Concrete products for the region. You’re not someone who shies away from challenge; you can think quickly on your feet and make timely decisions and work accurately with excellent attention to detail. You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues across the Region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, generate leads through various methods, and qualify leads based on needs, budget, and authority.
2. Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate terms, and secure orders to meet targets.
3. Building Customer Relationships: Provide ongoing support, follow up post-sale, and maintain strong relationships.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct research, and analysis of competitors to inform sales tactics.
5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and share knowledge.
7. Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent service, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
