Training Advisor
Job Description:

Designing and delivering training and development programs that align with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements
Identifying needs for training, determining specific requirement and creating a training plan that is within budget. This will include working closely with managers in the development required for their teams
Conducting skill gap analysis
Ensure production training documentation, SOPs are correct, updated and in line with requirements. Creating new SOPs for new machines/processes
Onboarding and training new employeesTraining Advisor
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience within the Food Manufacturing Sector
Experienced delivering operational training or previous learning & development exposureCompany Benefits:
