Job Summary:
This role is part of our Client Delivery Support team. This team supports our client facing engagement teams to ensure efficient and effective working capital management is maintained across all lines of service. This plays a key and crucial role in the lifecycle of a client through onboarding, delivery and offboarding.
This position plays a role in both our financial management activities (WIP, invoicing etc) as well as providing support to our credit control function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in credit management and administrative functions within a large organisation.
Responsibilities include:
● Supporting our client facing Senior Managers and Managers with working capital responsibilities on their engagements.
● Develop a good understanding of and provide updates to engagement set up for items such as internal roles, code status, payment terms, posting provision requirements, and support with recovery alignments.
● Contributing to drafting and finalising billing, issuing credit notes, billing amendments, creating billing schedules, allocations to cost centres and final billing (monthly and financial year end).
● Support the debt collection process by following up on outstanding invoices and maintaining accurate records.
● Liaising with clients AP function, query management, and working with the cash allocations team to resolve issues.

● Financial Management, full understanding of the client finance process
● Delivery of efficient, high quality and responsive support
● Ability to problem solve and investigate system issues
● Work effectively under pressure with excellent organisational skills
● Good attention to detail and diligent when working with data
● Ability to interpret financial data and produce relevant reports
● The candidate must have excellent communication skills as the role requires contact with a wide variety of people internally and externally at a varying degree of seniority
Desirable skills:
● Previous experience with financial data
● Adept at Financial Analysis
