IT Consultancy: Guide clients in achieving certifications like Cyber Essentials and align their IT with best practices (e.g., ITIL). Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional services and present tailored solutions to meet client needs. Client Engagement: Lead client meetings across London and the Southeast to provide hands-on support and strategy. Operational Excellence: Reconcile billing against usage, handle basic invoice queries, and ensure all services align with client expectations. What We’re Looking For A customer-first mindset with proven account management or consultancy experience. Knowledge of IT services (e.g., ITIL, Cyber Essentials) is a strong advantage. A consultative approach to solving client challenges and uncovering opportunities. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
