You will be at the heart of the college, coordinating and leading the executive support team to provide high-level administrative assistance that keeps the college running efficiently. Working alongside the Principalship Team, you will be key in developing the planning and business framework to ensure our meeting structures effectively synchronise throughout the college, this new role is critical to our continuous improvement and the organisations growth. As the operational lead for corporate compliance, including data protection, you’ll make sure we meet all regulatory requirements while working closely with the designated senior leads for non-academic compliance. In this fast-paced and impactful role, you’ll manage senior leaders’ schedules, communications, and ensure the seamless coordination of key meetings. From preparing important reports and presentations to overseeing the organisation and publication of policies, your expertise will drive success across the college. Acting as the main point of contact between the executive team, stakeholders, and the Corporation, you will handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. What we're looking for: • Proven experience in an executive support role • Strong knowledge of corporate legislation, data protection laws and regulations • Experience of con-ordinating and / or managing a team • Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] • A relevant qualification in data protection or information governance, or willingness to work towards. • Effective communication and organisation skills with a systematic approach to problem solving.
