We are looking to recruit an experienced Power Platform Developer to work on new developments and support existing developments. The position includes:
* Developing custom Power Apps solutions, including both canvas and model-driven apps, to support business functions.
* Developing custom Power Automate flows, Power Automate flows including with DataVerse.
You will be responsible for defining requirements, estimating tasks, writing quality code and documentation to agreed standards, working in agile sprints, and designing and delivering impactful solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
* Assure day to day delivery of SharePoint services through the application of best practice support and operational processes.
* Additional accountabilities for this job profile may be defined and appointed through the Chief Engineer Management Arrangements, with appointees listed within the Company Design Authorities and Technical Authorities, as held in the company management system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Automate workflows and business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
* Stay up to date with the latest Power Apps and Power Automate features and trends.
* Provide technical insights and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders.
* Power Platform (Canvas/model-driven apps, SharePoint, Power BI).
* Relational databases (design/SQL/tuning).
* Web APIs (SOAP/REST).
* Tooling (GIT/JIRA/Azure DevOps).
* Develop and catalogue PowerShell scripts to deliver effective management, migration, and modernisation of business information.
* Administering unit and system testing to quality assure the delivery of solutions.
* Work with the rest of the Service Ops team and wider business including site members/managers, business leads to ensure the effective operation of the Power Platform.
* Monitor Power Platform usage and ensure that the application is maintaining optimal performance.
* Manage support issues and enforce governance controls.
* Maintain and promote high personal standards in Environment, Safety, Health, Security and Quality and be a great team player.
* The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.
You Will Have:
* A recognised Masters or Bachelors degree ideally within Computer Science or a relatable IT discipline is a plus.
* At least 2 years’ experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
* Microsoft Certified Power Automate RPA Developer, Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform App Maker Associate desirable.
* Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Solid understanding of relational database technologies.
* Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.
* Very good command of written and spoken English. Able to communicate effectively at all levels with very good written and oral skills.
* An ability to work independently or within a team.
