My Client has a vacancy for a Sales administrator to process orders in their ERP system and provide cover for general administration duties in the Huntingdon office. A working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, Outlook, Word will be beneficial. Further training will be provided if required. This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis 4.5 day week. (a reduced hours contract will be considered for the right candidate) The salary scale full time £23,000 to £27,000. The Role: As the Sales Administrator your role will involve the following important duties: Contract review of customer orders. to ensure accuracy of order content. Order entry directly into ERP system. Obtain quotes for OEM products, equipment and shipment costs. Update reports and database. Provide administrative support to sales team and Sales managers. The experience required: The ideal candidate will be a confident team player with the ability to organise own priorities maintaining a positive and outgoing attitude. Experience of working in an office environment.
