If you said yes to the above, this could be your chance to shine Apollo Home Healthcare is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our well-established team in Codsall, Wolverhampton as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will join a large Recruitment team reviewing volume applications and screening multiple candidates on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone who can engage in thorough conversations with candidates to discuss their skills and experience, ensuring they are suitable for interview booking. Although there is no requirement to cold call (sales calls), you will be targeted to make a high volume of outbound calls to new and previous applicants (warm calls). You’ll play a key part in enabling us to expand our care services by achieving and exceeding the set targets. The targets are not unrealistic and are very achievable for someone who has the drive to succeed. We're ideally seeking someone with a background in recruitment, however, we are open to applications from those who have experience of working to set targets. You’ll have a passion for customer service, be a confident communicator and ideally be used to handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. It’s a fast-paced role where priorities do change often, so it’s important that you are adaptable, have excellent communication skills, and are used to high levels of productivity. Knowledge of the healthcare industry would be advantageous; however, this isn’t essential. This is a full-time, permanent role between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We are offering a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum and in return for your hard work and dedication, we also offer a bonus-based incentive scheme. Applicants must be flexible to cover a mixture of shifts on a weekly rota basis between; 8.30am – 4.30pm / 9am – 5pm / 9.30pm – 5.30pm.
