Compliance Manager

As Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Manager and the broader Workplace team in executing the Property Strategy while upholding ISS UK&I's core values.
You will ensure that all ISS workplaces adhere to industry, company, and contractual standards in critical areas such as safety, security, technical compliance, service delivery, appearance, and diversity & inclusion.
Additionally, you will assist in the production and dissemination of property-related reports, audits, and communications to ensure a smooth and compliant operation across all ISS properties.

Key Responsibilities
* Create, update and publish MI reports and presentations in accordance with evolving requirements
* Ensure reports are created within the timelines specified
* Conduct audits across all relevant service lines and areas using specified platforms
* Maintenance and design of Property SharePoint internal and end user-facing websites
* Monitor performance of internal and external service providers, take steps to rectify issues and escalate matters to the Property Manager as necessary
* Take an active role in raising the profile of the Property team throughout the business and ensure relevant internal stakeholders comply with specified standards
* Some travel to offices across the UK & I portfolio as directed by the Property Manager
* Administration and record-keeping, including monitoring the Property mailbox and filing
* Monitor activities and tasks in relation to technical and safety compliance, covering shortages in properties where required
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* To be a good communicator with both internal and external parties
* Ability to manage own time, plus multiple tasks and projects
* Pleasant and engaging with others; being proactive and working closely with varying internal and external stakeholders
* Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience using SharePoint would be valuable
* Awareness of property and/or facilities management is beneficial
* Previous safety management training such as IOSH is helpful
