Business Support Manager
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Business Support Manager to join our team.
Main Duties:
• Managing and overseeing business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supporting the director with administrative and strategic tasks.
• Handling client enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Managing office functions, including paperwork, contracts, insurance, and compliance.
• Coordinating with different departments to streamline workflow and meet business objectives.
• Assisting with financial administration, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensuring office policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Previous experience in business support, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Salary: £35,000.00 - £39,000.00 per year
