We are seeking a highly qualified Calibration Engineer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our precision measuring systems.
As a Calibration Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all instruments and measurement devices are calibrated accurately and maintained according to industry standards.
This position requires a meticulous individual with a strong background in engineering principles, calibration techniques and quality assurance practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing calibration procedures, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Your expertise will be invaluable in facilitating the optimization of operational processes and the continuous improvement of our measurement capabilities.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement calibration procedures for various instruments and measurement devices.
2. Perform routine calibrations and accuracy checks on equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve calibration-related issues in a timely manner.
4. Maintain detailed records of calibration results, equipment maintenance, and compliance audits.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and quality assurance initiatives.
6. Stay informed about new technologies and best practices in calibration and measurement.
7. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in calibration techniques and processes.
