About the Role As a Customer Service Account Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service and managing service requests. You’ll coordinate with engineers, schedule maintenance, and ensure all emergency callouts meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, primarily via telephone. Scheduling maintenance, callouts, and remedial visits in line with company procedures. Liaising with clients and engineers to ensure visits are arranged efficiently. Providing risk assessments and method statements for planned maintenance work. Ensuring all paperwork, including worksheets and purchase orders, is accurately processed. Managing general administrative tasks such as email responses and data entry. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
