As a Casual Chef you will be proactively supporting a catering team as well as creating a platform for growth through Culinary excellence. Responsibilities:
* Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
* Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues
Proven leadership ability
* Genuine interest in customer service excellence
* A strong team player, highly confident and positive
* Catering experience with chef skills (contract catering is desirable)
* Senior chef management experience essential
