Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
* Manage all aspects of account management.
* Initiate outbound sales calls to promote company services to businesses.
* Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
* Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
* Evaluate potential leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
* Update relevant data daily, adhering to call, contact, and quality targets.
* Log meeting minutes accurately.
* Meet a daily quota for scheduled meetings.
* Act on activities of decision-makers and incoming leads to secure appointments and drive sales.
* Identify and pre-qualify leads as needed.
* Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
* Contribute to team sales strategy discussions.
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
* Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales representative should have:
* A strong motivation for sales.
* Business orientated and independent.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Prior experience in a relative field of logistics or delivery.
* A customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in using database software.
* Ability to work well in fast-paced high-volume environment.
* Ability to work well in a team.
