I am currently working with a Public Sector organisation based in Warwickshire who are looking to appoint a part time HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The post holder will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters to staff and managers across the organisation. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the HR team's positive reputation as a centre of excellence. Provide HR advice on routine and complex matters and collaborate with stakeholders and HR Business Partners on workforce projects. Design and deliver HR workshops, training sessions, and engage with large staff groups to update on HR initiatives. Analyse HR data (e.g., absence, turnover) to make recommendations and support in-depth reviews for directorates. Manage HR casework independently, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices, and support investigations, hearings, and appeals. Advise on and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and consistent application across the organisation. Provide expert advice to managers on HR issues, facilitate policy implementation, and negotiate with trade unions. Support HR and organisational development through reports, training, and maintaining positive relationships with staff and unions. Key Requirements: Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification Previous experience working in a generalist HR capacity Significant UK employee relation experience Experience supporting EDI and wellbeing projects Package & Benefits: Salary between £30,000 - £37,000 full time equivalent per annum dependant on experience 24 hours per week 35 days annual leave (Including Public Holidays) Generous pension contribution Hybrid and flexible working This is a great part time opportunity for an individual who is eager to develop their skillset within a great Public Sector organisation.
