Job Description:
Protocol Education is currently seeking dedicated and passionate qualified Early Years Educators to work in Nurseries across North Somerset and Somerset. This exciting opportunity allows you to provide invaluable support and care to young children during their crucial developmental years. This is an ideal role for a qualified Early Years Educator to build on current knowledge and experience by working with an excellent variety of nurseries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-5 years in nursery settings.
2. Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
3. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
4. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
5. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements
1. Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working in nursery settings.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
