About the Job:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of maternity leave. As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop skills within the FMCG marketing/product space, working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute their plans through project and product management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving product quality issues, and liaising with factory and quality staff;
* Working with SAP, invoicing, and wider marketing administration;
* Supporting the Marketing Manager in executing their plans, including project and product management;
* Attending trade shows;
* Reporting on competitor activity, trends, and pricing.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an individual with demonstrable experience in a customer service role, administrative position, or entry-level marketing role, preferably with 6 months + experience. You should possess a passion for customer service, be able to balance workload and effectively prioritize tasks, demonstrate initiative, and have strong attention to detail and communication skills.
