Role title: E-Commerce Web/Channel Specialist Salary:£ 25-35k GBP (annual) Depending experience. Reports to: Directors Location: Furniq UK LTD 22b High Street, Portadown, BT62 1HZ Job Overview As an E-commerce Web/Channel specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and overseeing our digital web/channel products on multiple platforms such as / and our own website. You will develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize visibility and sales in our online marketplace. Key Responsibilities- Maintain online products listing on the sales channels (Zalando,, Otto, Debenhams, Asos, Macys etc ) on a day-to-day basis. On day to day basis perform data analysis to review the current CTC, ROAS, IMPRESSIONS, ETC. Making daily analysis and implement improvements on the marketing spend and make sure this is optimized. Create and maintain product lines. Ensure prices are correct on-site. Suggest improvements on the marketing channels like new imagery, listings where required. Optimize listings with accurate product information, images, pricing, and placement to increase sales and maximize revenue. Regularly review performance indicators and KPIs, such as sales, discount levels, and competitors, and where necessary initiate promotional activities across the business. Monitor stock levels including out of stock items ensuring overstocks are highlighted to senior management and implement a clearance strategy with the marketing team. Develop marketing strategy Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience- Ecommerce listing experience and strong understanding of keywords. Experience with selling on ecommerce web channels (Ecommerce Website,Zalando,, Otto, Debbenhams, Asos, Macys etc) Experience with international ecommerce retailing in various countries and languages. Experience of maintaining product listing information including prices, photos etc. Working knowledge of various ERP and CRM systems. Working knowledge of Shopify, APIs, Meta Business, Google Adds, Klaviyo etc Experience in Ecommerce / Distribution fulfilment with a sound understanding of timescales. Process control and improvements. Soft Skills- Manage customer expectations for orders and timescales. Experience of supplying to wholesale as well as B2B and B2C online retailers. Experience with online sales channels including International exposure if possible. Experience with analysing data, understanding Roas, CTC, Impressions etc. Experience of producing content for website and various business social media channels. Notes: If the individual only knows Amazon and or E-Bay sales, this role will be out of their realm of knowledge. If the individual only knows SEO and is not familiar with CTC, Roas, add impression etc this role will not be suitable.
