Salary: 75,000 - 75,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Solutions Architect on large customer projects
* Experience architecting Inventory Management and complex multi-stakeholder logistics/supply chain management solutions using modern commercial solutions (e.g., Manufacturing, Repairs systems/domain, WMS, TMS, IBM Sterling OMS, ERP, ESB, Procurement, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse) within a government customer environment
* Experience in Application Architecture and/or Integration architectural development at an enterprise level, including knowledge of application integration concepts and technologies (e.g., SOA, ESBs, EAI, XML, Web Services, E-Commerce Solutions, Service Management, Identity Management)
* Preferable experience in Cloud (e.g., Migration from On-premise to AWS, building solutions using AWS Services)
* Strong consulting, leading, and mentoring skills, along with effective communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders at all levels
* Broad knowledge and experience with a wide variety of application technologies, platforms, and tools (e.g., web-based systems, databases, middleware/integration technologies, security, infrastructure)
* Excellent analytical and technical skills
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or extensive related experience
Responsibilities:
* Architect and design IT solutions using supply chain management, ERP, business intelligence, and integration with 3PL systems using EDI capabilities
* Ensure solution architecture meets key project functional and non-functional requirements for a UK MOD fleet management programme
* Provide support to the Head of Architect/Enterprise Architect on various design decisions, including solution evaluation, selection, and technical designs
* Lead the solution development for a project; manage the transition from initial high-level design to detailed design, through the development lifecycle, and into the sustainment phase of the solution
* Ensure compliance with architecture directions and frameworks, including technical, security, and regulatory standards
* Support customer and stakeholder meetings and technical discussions
