Job Description
* Provide HR advisory support to the team.
* Implement HR initiatives and projects.
* Manage employee relations and performance issues.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with regulations.
* Support recruitment and selection processes.
* Contribute to the development of HR strategies and objectives.
* Deliver HR training to staff and managers.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor needs to be available to start in January and have the following:
* CIPD Level 3 (minimum) and/or considerable experience in a generalist HR role.
* Demonstrable awareness of employment law and regulations and their implications for practical workplace processes and issues.
* Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Not For Profit sector - ideal but not essential.
* Excellent knowledge of HR legislation and procedures.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and manage projects.
* Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity.
