We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record who is eager to learn and develop their career.
Key duties will include:
1. Delivering an efficient and professional service by processing orders and new enquiries
2. Nurturing robust relationships with existing partners
3. Reaching out to both new and current clients, creating new opportunities
4. Examining past orders to strategise and predict customer requirements
5. Maintaining a record of interactions and orders on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
6. Supporting the Customer Service Team with the execution of upselling
Skills and Experience:
1. A history of achieving performance targets
2. Strong commercial acumen and business mindset
3. Proficiency in developing effective trading strategies aligned with overarching business goals
4. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
