The teams
Homefirst is Suffolk County Council's in-house reablement service providing a short-term period of reablement. This is a great opportunity for Occupational Therapists to use their skills within this service, supporting people to reach their maximum potential linking with other professionals within health and social care.
Integrated / Neighbourhood Teams are multidisciplinary teams that are working towards offering a seamless health and social care service to customers with long-term needs in a locality. This is a time of service development and there are lots of opportunities to explore new ideas and ways of working to develop the occupational therapy service and practice.
Empowering Everyone
We are big believers in potential, possibility and the power of different ideas. We are always searching for ways to encourage, respect and enable everyone to be the best they can be. We want to represent the diverse communities we serve. We welcome applications from all individuals, especially those from groups that are currently underrepresented in the organisation, as shown in our Workforce Equality Report.
