CALA Homes (North) Ltd are looking for an Architectural Manager to join the team based in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you will work alongside external consultants, building control bodies and suppliers to ensure delivery of technical information in line with Cala standards and values. As part of an award-winning team, the in-house Architectural Manager will be responsible for managing all client relationships, including liaising with external agencies and consultants and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects. Responsibilities will include attending and leading client meetings and public information sessions, working closely with and coordinating external consultants, meeting regularly with the in-house construction team and co-ordinating / reviewing drawings. About You A background in the Architectural Technology provision, whether that be through a HNC/HND or Architectural related degree is essential. We are seeking to recruit someone who is eager to learn, can work under pressure to meet deadlines and who has a passion for Architectural technology and sustainability.
