Desktop Support Engineer - IOS, MAC, Windows Large client in Birmingham looking for a desktop support engineer initially for 2 months but with a good chance of extension and the possibility of a hybrid working environment whereby you can work from home 2 days per week. As a desktop support engineer you will provide IT client services to internal users and external customers primarily encompassing incident, problem, change, configuration and release management. The successful desktop support engineer will manage the desktop environment, ensuring optimum functionality and availability, along with effective response to requests for support and change You will also take on new projects, support process design and implementation as well as undertake supplier management. You will have some of the following skills: Apple Mac (iOS / Mac OS / Hardware) Windows Technician (Windows 10/11 / Server 2016/2022) Active Directory / Single Sign on MDM knowledge (Jamf / InTune / Mobile Iron or similar) Google Cloud Dell Hardware ITIL certified This is a very much a one off opportunity to join an established and cutting edge business.
