Security Officer
Rate of Pay: £17.97 per hour
Location: Crawley
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off. 4 days (1900-0700), 4 off, 4 nights (1900-0700), 4 off.
We have permanent vacancies available in Crawley for talented and customer-focused Security Officers. If you hold a SIA license, we are keen to hear from you. These positions offer a very attractive rate of pay.
Essential criteria:
1. Current SIA license holder
2. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
3. Prior security experience in a corporate, data centre, or high-profile environment (ideally)
4. Ability to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern covering days, nights & weekends
Duties to include:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer-focused manner
2. Managing access control to the site
3. Searching and screening of visitors
4. Issuing passes to visitors and staff members
5. Operation of security systems
6. Producing accurate and comprehensive incident reports
7. Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
8. Working in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
9. Responding to emergency situations
10. Working as part of a client-focused team
