This 'Outstanding' school based in Morden, South East London is looking to appoint a Special Needs Teaching Assistant for an immediate start.
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in their learning and provide general assistance to the teacher in managing pupils and the classroom.
The school offers an outstanding educational provision and a caring environment for pupils to reach their potential. They work with young people aged 3-19 who have severe and complex learning difficulties and learners with an additional diagnosis of autism and/or physical/sensory difficulties.

The desired Special Needs Teaching Assistant will:
1. Have a passion for teaching outside of a mainstream environment and a commitment to experiencing the unique opportunities of a special school.
2. Possess a kind, caring, and compassionate nature to plan and deliver inclusive, fun, and inspiring lessons.
3. Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team with a flexible approach to support the school's requirements.
4. Be able to assist with personal care.
