Position: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher
Location: Exmouth, Devon
Salary: £31,650 - £43,606 (dependent on experience)
Start Date: March 2025
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS teacher who is eager to create an engaging and nurturing environment where children can develop key skills and a love for learning. You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative lessons that support early development while working collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the EYFS curriculum requirements.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Use a variety of assessment strategies to track student progress and development.
* Work in partnership with parents and carers to support each child’s growth.
* Take an active role in staff meetings, training, and wider school initiatives.
* Encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with QTS or an equivalent EYFS qualification.
* A passion for early childhood education and child development.
* Experience in delivering the EYFS curriculum effectively.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A creative, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
* A commitment to fostering a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
