Bank Administration Assistant/ Receptionist – Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital – Bank Hours
The role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our Administration team. This post is for a Bank Administration Assistant where you will be called in to work as and when the business needs. You will deliver exceptional standards of administration support across various departments within the Hospital.
This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, Consultants, and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, the ability to work within a team, and adaptability. You must be computer literate – experience with Word and Outlook is essential. Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system would be an advantage.

What you will bring with you
* Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
* Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
* Positive, willing attitude
* Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
