We’re BDO. An accountancy and business advisory firm, providing the advice and solutions entrepreneurial organisations need to navigate today’s changing world.
We work with the companies that are Britain’s economic engine – ambitious, entrepreneurially-spirited and high‑growth businesses that fuel the economy – and directly advise the owners and management teams leading them.

From completing professional qualifications to developing new skills and exploring different learning opportunities, you’ll join a friendly and diverse team whose work really matters. 3. People management responsibilities covering resource planning and allocation, performance management, training and recommendations for promotion.

5. Responsible for maximising profitability from a portfolio of audited entities.
6. Liaison with central departments on risk management, technical and other matters.
7. Take part in wider practice management at local level.
8. Support Partners in group sales and marketing activity, including playing a leading role in pitch teams, attendance at group networking, and other marketing events as appropriate.
9. Contribute to development of new business relationships and business proposals through high level sales and marketing activity, including winning new work.
10. Support Partners with the implementation and communication of any new business strategies.
11. Participate in Key Account Management.
