Job Title: Engineering Manager – Systems Engineering

What you’ll be doing:
* You will oversee the day to day management of the Project Engineering team.
* Lead and coach the development and management of the Project Engineering team on site.
* Work closely with specialist engineers to ensure that their needs are incorporated and maintained within the Engineering tooling and infrastructure.
* Work closely with other Engineering Leads to ensure that their needs are addressed in solutions that are implementable and supportable.
* Monitor relevant technical developments, such as model authoring tools and information management.
Your skills and experiences:
* You will need to have experience of the Engineering lifecycle.
* Previous leadership experience will be required.
* You will need to have good Systems Engineering experience.
* Good knowledge of the application of modern Systems Engineering methods to large scale system development, including to a variety of system types.
* Previous experience within the use and application of Model Based Systems Engineering.
