Description Operational Execution: - Perform maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks on composite components, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. - Follow work instructions and project plans to ensure the timely and efficient completion of tasks. - Identify non-compliance issues and report them promptly to support continuous improvement. - Maintain accurate records of work completed, including documentation of repairs and inspections with photographs and reports. Health, Safety, and Compliance: - Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) protocols, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. - Conduct tasks in high-risk environments, including working at heights and using specialized access methods. - Participate in safety briefings and contribute to maintaining a culture of safety awareness. - Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately and take proactive steps to mitigate risks. Technical and Software Proficiency: - Utilize Office 365, LEADING EDGE, and other relevant software tools for reporting, tracking, and communication. - Follow digital workflows and documentation processes to maintain accurate data records. - Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in Field Services, integrating them into daily work. Flexibility and Commitment: - Work in shifts and adapt to changing operational demands, including extended hours or travel as required. - Support multiple locations when needed, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in composite materials, repairs, wind turbine maintenance, or field services. - Strong understanding of safety procedures, particularly for working at heights and in confined spaces. - Experience about composites manufacturing, technologies & processes - Technical knowledge of materials, repair techniques, and industry best practices. - Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively. -Team player, strong communicator and good customer facing skills. -Valid GWO BST certification (FA, MH, FAW, WAH&R) -GWO Blade repair training or Blade B Preferably Blade C or D certification -Confined Spaces -LOTO (lockout/Tagout) training - Prevention Officer (PRL 60 / OSHA) -Driving license: Minimum B license is required in Europe, C1, C or BE is an advantage. - IRATA certification, Level 1-2-3 – min. Level 1 -NDT Training (UT) -WT service lifts trainings -GWO BTT/ Equivalent electrician training/ qualification Other OEM trainings/Certificates is an advantage (Vestas SIT/BTO, GE LOTO/EA 1X, 2X, 3X and ECO platforms) -Suspended platforms training -WTSR Training -Safe Pass
