Job Description
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Transport & Distribution industry
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders
* Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts
* Negotiate contracts with potential clients
* Ensure client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations
* Provide regular sales reports to the management team
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
* Participate in industry events and conferences
The Successful Applicant
A successful BDM should have:
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Strong knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry
* Proven sales track record
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
* High level of self-motivation and ambition
