Job Description
* Administering the recruitment process for early careers programs.
* Collating and maintaining candidate data with high accuracy.
* Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
* Working with the wider HR team to deliver a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.
* Producing regular reports on recruitment activities.
* Contributing to ad-hoc recruitment projects when necessary.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant company and legal policies.
* Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Early Careers Recruitment Administrator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge and a proven track record of facilitating recruitment processes
* A genuine desire to pursue a career in early careers/HR
* Experience in a professional services environment is favourable.
