Job summary The role of a Healthcare Assistant within ward A4, which is an acute surgical ward, for male and female patients. We are an upto 35 bedded ward. We have patients requiring surgical care, including colorectal, urology, ENT, breast and UGI. Main duties of the job You will be working within a highly skilled nursing team within ward A4. You will be supporting patients with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, nutrition, toileting and pressure area care. You will be part of the team which enables patients to recover and be discharged appropriately.
