Up to £25 per hour (DOE)
Your new role
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for users.
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
* Being a single point of contact for issues, updates, and troubleshooting.
* Providing ongoing training across the contract and regional support.
* Complying with and reporting KPIs to Management, using Power BI.
* Producing QR codes.
* Managing internal IT support for employees.
Requirements:
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel, Outlook, Power BI (desirable).
* Working experience as an IT Support Analyst or in a similar position.
* An analytical background - Analytical experience in large multi-site, construction, or manufacturing businesses.
* Knowledge of modelling and reporting tools - SAP, Anaplan would be highly beneficial.
* Excellent system, reporting, and communication skills.
* A proven track record of delivery of key control information and contribution to improvement action plans.
* A proactive attitude.
