We are proud of our award-winning Spa, and guests tell us it is in a world of its own and has been the best Spa they have ever visited. As a Spa Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for membership sales, show rounds, and administration to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Membership sales
* Creating member profiles on our system (Hart) and ensuring they are kept up to date
* Process direct debit monthly runs
* Carry out show rounds
* Process member renewals
* Issuing guest passes
* Creating welcoming packs for all new members
* Assisting with arranging member events and coffee mornings
* General administration tasks
* Duty Management shifts
The Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent administration skills, including the use of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Good educational level of English and Maths
* Minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory role
* Good organisational skills
* Previous luxury hotel experience in administration from within the sales or reservations fields would be beneficial but not essential
* Be eligible to work in the UK
