Your responsibilities will include: Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of Support Workers Providing motivational leadership to ensure high-quality care Managing rotas and ensuring shifts are covered effectively Supervising and mentoring your team to foster growth and development Coordinating daily operations and supporting the Service Manager Monitoring and maintaining quality standards of care Collaborating with other agencies to enhance the services we provide Innovating and thinking outside the box to provide creative support solutions Ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant You’ll also use our Nourish digital app to manage care and support plans (don’t worry – full training will be provided if you’re new to digital apps) This is a vital role that serves as the essential link between the house and the management team, making your contribution absolutely crucial to our success.
